雖然知道吃甜會肥,但也擋不住它的誘惑,2種口感不同享受,

再放縱一點,可加雪糕伴食,真是樂事。


 Apple Crumble by Jamie Oliver - 3cups (己改小牛油及糖部份)

Crumble
35g rolled oats
35g wholemeal flour
15g caster sugar (我加咗小小肉桂粉)
20g butter


Filling
apples (2 pcs), peeled, coren and quartered
20g sugar (我加咗小小肉桂粉)

Preheat the oven to 190C. Peel and core the apples, quarter and cut in to chunks.

Put the apple into a pan with the sugar and water. Cook over a
low heat for 5 minutes and place in a small ovenproof dish.

Pleace the flour and oats in a bowl and mix well.
Cut the butter into small cubes and add this to the oats and flour.
Mix with your fingertips until it resembles an even curmb texture.
Add the sugar and mix through.

Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
unitl the crumble is golden and the apple hot.
